The unit mix includes 63 SFD and 49 SFA with 14 ADU's for an overall site density of 3.6 du/acre.
        The number of trips to be generated from this site is consistent with the land use densities recommended in the Comprehensive Plan.

        The purpose of the public hearing is to present the findings of the Tri-County Parkway Location Study, and to obtain input from the community. The comment period for these public hearings is open through May 21, 2005.
        VDOT will conduct Open Forum Public Hearings where you can review the findings of the study and provide your comments for the record. Exhibit Areas will be set up during the Open Forum and citizens can discuss the details and study results with representatives of VDOT and the consultant team. Comments received during the Public Hearings will be summarized and presented to the CTB for their consideration

      The purpose of the 2004 North County Area Plans Review (APR) process is to evaluate nominations to amend the County's Comprehensive Plan. Only nominations recommended for approval by the Planning Commission will be the subject of Board of Supervisors public hearings. APR nominations which do not receive a favorable recommendation by the Planning Commission are denied and will not be subject to further consideration during the 2004 North County APR process.

       Jeff indicated they were not ready present the Dulles Discovery Active Adult Plan at our March meeting. They are redesigning the plan to address staff issues and changing market conditions and won't have it ready by then.
       Also, they have signed a lease with an office tenant for a 375,000 foot user in the northeast quadrant of the interchange, the first of 3 expected buildings. Work should start on it in late 2005.
       They are also in negotiations to buy the Cox industrial property and transfer the mixed use that was proposed for the parcel that has been purchased by the large office tenant in the northeast quadrant.
