Proponent: Sara V. Mariska, Walsh, Colucci, Lubeley, Emrich & Walsh, P.C. Ms. Mariska, representing the gas station on Daly Drive and Willard Road near the Expo Center, said the station would like to rearrange the car wash facilities and increase the number of fueling bays from six to 10.

The council did not object to the proposal, with the provision that alcohol not be sold in the gas station mini mart.

    2. 7:30 - B. Crilley Warehouse, LLC, NOVA Fieldhouse,

      • Action: Crilley Warehouse, LLC Amendment to change SUP 2003-SU-012
      • Location: 14810 Murdock St, Chantilly, VA
Amendment to change SUP 2003-SU-012. The facility is in the letter I district near Dulles Airport. Representatives said the facility is used for indoor turf sports, including lacrosse, soccer, field hockey, and flag football. The facility is currently open from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. NOVA Fieldhouse owners would like to extend the hours because there are a lot of employees of nearby businesses who would like to use the facilities to work out on machines on their own or with personal trainers. Ideally, the NOVA Fieldhouse owners would like to have the facility open 24 hours a day. The changes would allow the facility to be leased for alternative purposes. Jim Hart said County Staff has recommended approval.

The council had no objection to the proposal of extending the facility’s hours so that it can be open 24 hours a day.
