1. The Sully District Council of Citizen Associations will meet meet in person at 7:00 p.m. on 25 May 2022 at the Sully Government Facility front Meeting Room, 4900 Stonecroft Boulevard, Chantilly, VA, 20151.

5. The Joint Sully Land Use and Transportation Committee (JSDLU&TC) met on 16 May 2022. . Consult the meeting agenda to see the meeting announcements.
   • 7:45 — Renaissance Technology Park (SE 2021-SU-00017) — The Joint Sully District Land Use and Transportation Committee had no objections to the proposal
   • 8:30 — Integrity Capital Management (RZ 2021-SU-00024) — The Joint Sully District Land Use and Transportation Committee had no objections to the proposal
   • 9:15 — SE-2021-SU-00031 - Sandstone Care Virginia LLC — The Joint Sully District Land Use and Transportation Committee supported the proposal

• Jeff Parnes presented the Joint Sully District Land Use and Transportation Committee position on the county's proposed plan amendment on AirPort Noise contours. See his testimony

      • Proposal: Korean Central Presbyterian Church has submitted an application to amend its current Special Exception approval (SEA 2005-SU-007) to add outdoor recreation, playgrounds and pavilion areas and facilities for social engagement and fellowship, to increase the number of parking spaces serving the existing congregation, to add a 2-story administrative and support building, and to add 5.73 acres of additional land. No increase in the number of seats (congregation size), the K-2 school enrollment or the child are center enrollment is requested. The subject property is 84 acres..

    • After more than two months of County review of the special exception amendment application for the Korean Central Presbyterian Church, it was finally accepted for processing last week. Sharon Williams has been assigned as the Staff Coordinator and the tentative Planning Commission hearing date is September 28, 2022.
    • David apologizes again for the delays in December and January. Briefly, the Church acquired additional land several years ago that it wants to develop with various recreation fields and facilities and also add parking spaces on the overall 83.77 acre property.
