  1. The Sully District Council of Citizen Associations will meet meet in person at 7:00 p.m. on 22 March 2023 at the Sully Government Facility front Meeting Room, 4900 Stonecroft Boulevard, Chantilly, VA, 20151. We will also have a WebEx link so you will be able to join us virtually

  2. Time to renew your association's membership in the Sully District Council. Our membership application can now be submitted on line! Please complete it, and then print a copy to enclose with your check.

      • From the Joint Sully District Land Use and Transportation Committee Presentation Request Application Form:
        • Proponent: Dee Dee Payne, Law Office of William B. Lawson, P.C.
        • Proposal: The Center is currently in the process of amending the Special Permit (SPA 87-S-012-03) currently associated with the Center and with obtaining a Special Permit (SP-2022-SU-00161) for property located across from the Center on Pleasant Valley Road (Lot 13) to construct a community center associated with the Center
        • Location: 4525 Pleasant Valley Road (Lot 5A) — Rajdhani Mandir Religious Center which abuts the Pleasant Valley Subdivision.
        • Exempt: Is Not

      • The Joint Sully District Land Use and Transportation Committee had no objections to this proposal
    2. 8:00 — Parking Reimagined
      • See the letter from the Reston Citizens Association stating their position opposing this proposal.
      • The JSDLU&TC tasked Jim Hart to prepare a draft response on this topic keying off the RCA letter
      • The Fairfax Federation Transportation and Land Use Committees will hold a joint meeting next week to prepare the Federation's response. If interested in joining this conversation, please contact the Federations's transportation chair at Transportation @ fairfaxfederation.org
