- From the Joint Sully District Land Use and Transportation Committee Presentation Request Application Form:

- Proposal: Requesting a special permit for additional sign area to allow the existing arcade tenant signs to be retained along with the allowance for two additional building-mounted tenant signs for commercial retail use above the arcade entrance.

Katherine, who is co-chair of the Mt Vernon Council of Citizens Associations, spoke about the Mt. Vernon Council's concerns with storm water and utility undergrounding.
